Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026. Last updated: October 2026.
This policy explains what information Call The Right Pro collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers calltherightpro.com, our AI texting demo (including early access sign-ups), our texting program, and emails with us. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us.
1. Who we are
Call The Right Pro (calltherightpro.com) is operated by TGP Ventures LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Call The Right Pro (Utah entity number 14752100-0160). In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean TGP Ventures LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].
We run a free, independent buyer's guide to home service pros in Utah County, Utah, used by homeowners and realtors. Listings are free, and ranking is never for sale. We are also building an AI texting assistant service for home service pros and offer a free demo of it at calltherightpro.com/try/.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form and email: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write to us.
- Demo form: your name, company name, website, social media links, mobile phone number, email address, and, if you choose, answers to a short interview about your business.
- Text messages: your mobile number, the content of messages you send and receive in our texting program, the dates and times of those messages, and records of your opt-in and opt-out choices.
Information we collect automatically: when you visit the site, your browser sends basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider records this in server and security logs.
Public information: for the demo, we may read public information from the website and social media pages you give us, such as your services, service area, and hours, to build a sample business profile. For the guide, we use publicly available information about local businesses.
Please do not send us sensitive information, such as payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or health information, through our forms or by text. We do not ask for it and do not need it.
3. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tools to follow you across websites. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse and keep it working. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first.
4. How we use information
- To answer your questions and respond to listing requests and corrections.
- To build your demo profile and run the AI texting demo you asked for, including sending demo messages and a demo booking notice by text or email.
- To follow up about the demo or our services when you asked us to.
- To keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs, and to honor opt-outs.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and our services, including reviewing demo conversations to check that the assistant is working properly.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- To comply with the law and respond to valid legal requests.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
5. How we use AI
Our texting assistant and demo use artificial intelligence. When you use the demo, the text messages you send and the business information and interview answers you provide are sent to a third-party AI model provider so it can generate replies. Demo replies are written by an automated AI system, not a person, and every demo message is labeled [DEMO]. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete, so do not rely on them for anything important. If you ever want to know whether you are talking to AI or a person, just ask, and we will tell you.
We share only what is needed to generate a reply, and our AI provider processes it for us to provide the service. Because AI tools process what you type, please do not include sensitive information in texts or demo answers.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can provide their services to us. By category, they are:
- Website hosting and security: Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), which hosts the site and keeps server and security logs.
- Email: Zoho Mail (our business email) and Brevo (email delivery).
- Text messaging: Twilio, our SMS platform, and the wireless carriers that deliver messages.
- Artificial intelligence: an AI model provider that processes messages and demo answers to generate replies.
- Web fonts: Google Fonts, which receives basic technical data when your browser loads our fonts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers (such as our SMS platform and the wireless carriers) that we use to deliver the messages you asked for, and they may use it only for that purpose. The categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are used in state privacy laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing you need to opt out of, but you are always welcome to email us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share, which we already honor.
8. SMS / text messaging program
Program name: Call The Right Pro AI Texting Demo.
Program description: Call The Right Pro sends text messages to owners and staff of local home service businesses who opt in to receive them. You can opt in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our demo sign-up form at calltherightpro.com/try/, or by texting a keyword such as START or DEMO to our number where we offer that option. Messages include: an opt-in confirmation; an AI-generated demo of our texting assistant that answers as if it were your business (every demo message is labeled [DEMO]); a demo-only booking notice (no real appointment is made); follow-ups about the demo or our services that you requested; and replies to questions you text us.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to use the guide, submit the demo form, or buy anything from us.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation and requests.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.
- For help, reply HELP, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Only opt in with a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first.
See section 6 above: your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our site, reputable service providers, and limiting access to people who need it to run the service. No website, email, or text message system is perfectly secure, and text messages are not encrypted end to end, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
10. How long we keep information
- Demo profiles, interview answers, and message history: up to 12 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Emails and contact form messages: as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records.
- SMS consent and opt-out records: as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs, which may be longer than other records.
- Hosting and security logs: kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention practices.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we have about you, and get a copy of it;
- Correct information that is wrong;
- Delete your information; and
- Stop texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link or email us) at any time.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the email address, or tell us the phone number, you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights. We may keep a minimal record of an opt-out or deletion request so we can honor it, and we may keep information when the law requires it.
State privacy laws. Some states, including Utah (under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act) and California, give residents specific privacy rights. These laws apply only to businesses that meet certain size or activity thresholds, and we may not be covered by them. Even so, we offer the access, correction, and deletion rights above to everyone. If a law that applies to you gives you additional rights, such as the right to appeal a decision about your request, email us and we will handle your request as that law requires.
12. Children
This site and our services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our demo and texting program are only for people 18 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Where we operate
We are based in Utah and our services are intended for people in the United States. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If we make a material change to how we use or share personal information, we will give notice on this page before the change takes effect, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. We will never begin sharing SMS opt-in data for marketing without your express consent.
